Jason Gutz

Jason Gutz is a seasoned motion graphic designer and video producer with extensive experience in the broadcast and media industry. Currently employed at KING 5 Media Group since December 2018, Jason specializes in creating motion graphics and editing video for daily news broadcasts. Jason's freelance work, starting in 2006, includes a wide range of projects from event documentation to commercial production. Previous roles include video editor at NWCN/King5-Kong, where Jason contributed to news broadcasts and social media content, and special projects manager at TVW, overseeing comprehensive video productions for political coverage in Washington State. Jason also held video editing roles at NWCN and began with an internship at King 5 Almost Live. Jason earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Cross-Disciplinary Art from the University of Washington.
