Dr. Khalid Thabit

Dr. Khalid Thabit is an esteemed academic with extensive experience at King AbdulAziz University, serving as Emeritus Professor and Associate Professor since December 2014, after a long tenure as Assistant Professor from 1972 to 2014. Dr. Thabit has held significant leadership roles, including Founder and Chairman of the Computer Science Department and Chairman of the Mathematics Department. Dr. Thabit's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from Rice University, a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
