Ash-Shaymaa Mu'Minah

ASh-Shaymaa Mu'minah is a seasoned professional in public relations and patient experience management, currently serving as a Senior Public Relations Specialist and Head of Patient Experience Enhancement and Development at King Abdullah Medical City since March 2012. Additionally, ASh-Shaymaa holds the position of Patient Experience Improvement & Initiatives Manager at Makkah Health Cluster since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as English Second Language Teacher and media coordinator at Shoaa Almarifa Private Schools from October 2008 to March 2012. ASh-Shaymaa earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Umm Al-Qura University between 2000 and 2004.
