Before joining King Arthur, Allie worked at Stonyfield Farm as a Commercialization Project Manager and held various engineering and leadership positions at General Mills, including Operations Team Leader and Packaging Systems Engineer. Allie's expertise spans project management, system engineering, and process optimization, with a strong focus on enhancing operational capabilities and performance. Allie earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa in 2009.
