Scott Baldwin, P.E. is a civil engineer with experience in both the public and private sector. Currently serving as a Project Manager at King Asphalt, Inc., Scott previously held various engineering positions at the South Carolina Department of Transportation. Scott also has experience as a Summer Associate at King Asphalt, Inc. and as an Assistant Geodetic Technician at the SC Department of Transportation. Scott earned their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University in 2014.
