Victoria Machar is an accomplished People Operations Specialist with a strong background in enhancing HR practices, employee integration, and workplace culture. Currently employed at the King County Regional Homelessness Authority since May 2022, Victoria has led diversity and inclusion initiatives that have markedly improved employee engagement. Prior to this role, Victoria served as a People Operations Specialist at WestSide Baby, where significant volunteer programs were developed, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Victoria's experience includes coordinating a large volunteer base at SafeHouse Outreach, managing community engagement initiatives, and overseeing a youth program at EEC Atlanta, which supported the development of young individuals from diverse backgrounds. Victoria holds a Certificate in Professional Clinical Massage Therapy from Southeastern College and has training from the South Carolina School of Leadership.
