Andrew Steele, PE, is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in water and land resources. Currently serving as Engineer III on the Fish Passage Team at King County, WA, since September 2021, Andrew is involved in the Fish Passage Restoration Program, focusing on removing fish passage barriers to support salmon population restoration. Previously, Andrew held various engineering roles, including Engineer II at the City of Redmond and Senior Stormwater/Utility Engineer at the City of Dallas, where responsibilities included reviewing development plans and ensuring compliance with city codes. Additional experience includes project management and engineering positions at Huddleston-Steele Engineering, Littlejohn Engineering Associates, and S&ME, Inc. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
