Andy Micklow, PhD, is a Senior Principal Legislative Analyst at King County Council, a position held since 2019. Previously, Andy served as a Senior Planner for the Links to Opportunity Project at the City of Tacoma and held various roles at Cornell University, including Teaching Assistant and Visiting Lecturer. Andy earned a PhD in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Cornell University in 2021 and a MURPL in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Tech in 2008. Additionally, Andy holds a BA in Political Science and History from Virginia Tech, completed in 2006.
