Anu Sidhu

Anu Sidhu, MPA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management auditing, research analysis, and program management, currently serving as a Senior Management Auditor for King County, WA. Since June 2019, Anu has developed decision-making frameworks, executed complex audits, and operationalized Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, recognized with the Knighton award for high-impact audit work. Prior roles include Research Analyst at the Evans School Policy Analysis and Research Group, where Anu managed research portfolios for the Gates Foundation, and Program Manager at the Snohomish County Court House, focused on process improvements and stakeholder partnerships. Anu also has experience as a Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator at the University of Washington, an English Language Teacher in Japan, and a Program Manager at the Municipal Court of Seattle. Anu holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington.
