Carol A. Allen

Carol A. Allen possesses extensive experience in public health, currently serving as Project/Program Manager III for the Access to Baby Childhood Dentistry (ABCD) program at Public Health – Seattle & King County since October 2018. Responsibilities include program oversight, strategic monitoring, reporting to the Washington State Health Care Authority, and collaboration with various health and educational organizations. Carol A. Allen also has a long tenure at Public Health – Seattle & King County as a Community Health Educator, focusing on program management and development since March 1999, and previously held the role of Executive Director at the Central Area Senior Center from September 1988 to March 1999. Education was completed at the University of Washington from 1985 to 1987, following high school at Seaside High School from 1967 to 1969.
