Christina McHugh

Christina McHugh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in evaluation and performance measurement within the housing and homelessness sectors. Currently serving as Senior Evaluation Manager for King County, WA, since November 2018, Christina leads teams supporting various initiatives, including the King County Regional Homelessness Authority and federally funded COVID-19 response programs. Previous roles include Regional Housing and Homelessness Evaluation Manager and Lead Evaluator for the Seattle-King County Continuum of Care. Christina's expertise spans quantitative and qualitative research in social policy, demonstrated through work at the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services and ICF, among others. Christina holds a PhD (ABD) and multiple degrees in Government & Politics and Public Policy from the University of Maryland.
