Erin Baker

Erin Baker, MBA, currently serves as the Planning and Administrative Officer in the Facilities Management Division of King County, WA, since January 2021, where leadership is provided to a team of program managers in various essential areas. Prior experience includes significant roles at the University of Washington, first as Administrator for the Human Centered Design & Engineering department from October 2014 to January 2021, and earlier as Administrator of Program Operations at the Administrative Business Center. Erin's management career began at Group Health Cooperative, holding positions that involved overseeing operations and implementing Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University and a BA in History from the University of Nevada, Reno, along with a Certificate in Writing & Publishing Commercial Fiction from the University of Washington Extension.
