Hannah Locke is an accomplished professional in early childhood development with extensive experience in program management and implementation. Currently serving as the Prenatal to Five Innovation Lead at King County, WA since October 2018, Hannah focuses on enhancing kindergarten readiness through strategic initiatives involving parent support, quality childcare, and early intervention. Previously, Hannah held the position of Early Learning Impact Manager at United Way of King County, where collaboration with the Early Learning Director was essential in developing programs such as the Parent-Child Home Program. Additional experience includes roles as a Parent-Child Home Program Coordinator at Kindering, Family Services Manager at Denise Louie Education Center, and various internships related to social work and early childhood education. Hannah holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Washington and a BA in Psychology from Pitzer College.
