Judy Blanco

Judy Blanco has extensive experience in water and land resource management, currently serving as a Basin Steward for King County, WA, since August 2019. Prior to this role, Judy held various leadership positions at Forterra, including Managing Director and Director of Riparian Restoration, from July 2010 to August 2019. Judy Blanco holds a Master of Landscape Architecture with a focus on Integrated Watershed Management and Floodplain Restoration from the University of Washington.
