Terence Blake

Terence Blake is a seasoned procurement and project management professional currently serving as the Chief Procurement Officer for King County, WA, since November 2020. In this role, Terence leads transformational changes aimed at enhancing efficiency and equity within the County’s procurement and payables functions while advancing a pro-equity contracting initiative.
