Tesia Forbes serves as the Prevention Division Finance Manager at Public Health, Seattle & King County since July 2006, with a focus on budget development, fiscal monitoring, administration, performance measurement, policy development, process improvement, and staff supervision. Prior to this role, Tesia held a position as a Budget Analyst at the City of Portland's Audit Services for a brief tenure in 2005 and completed an internship as an Oregon Performance Intern. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Public Policy from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Sociology from Pacific Lutheran University.
