Reliability Centered Maintenance Engineer

Thomas Pann has extensive experience in engineering and management within the maintenance and reliability sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Planning and Scheduling as well as Asset Integrity Manager at Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities since October 2015, Thomas previously held the role of Reliability Centered Maintenance Engineer at King County, focusing on the development and implementation of RCM programs. A former Maintenance Team Leader at Kimberly-Clark Corp, Thomas directed a maintenance team of up to 160 personnel and managed significant maintenance budgets. Early career roles include Asset Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Design Engineer at Kimberly-Clark, where responsibilities included equipment reliability support and design of research equipment. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering in 2000.
