Tim Pfarr

Tim Pfarr is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communications and project management. Currently serving as the Senior Communications Officer for the Harborview Bond Program at King County, Washington, Tim oversees communications for a significant $1.74 billion expansion of Harborview Medical Center. Previously, Tim held the role of Communications Director at the Washington State Hospital Association, where leadership was provided for strategic initiatives impacting over 100 hospitals. Additional roles include marketing and communications management at WestSide Baby, adjunct instruction at Highline Community College, and various positions in media and journalism, culminating in a strong academic foundation with a Master's degree in Emergent Digital Practices from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in New Media Communications from Oregon State University.
