Tom Keogh

Tom Keogh is an experienced Identity Architect at King County Information Technology Group since November 2015, where responsibilities include establishing Enterprise-wide Identity Services and focusing on strategy development, design, and deployment. Previously, Tom served as Technical Manager for the Enterprise Identity and Access Management Team at Costco Wholesale, leading the architecture and design of Identity Services for various stakeholders. Tom's career at Costco also included a role as Infrastructure Architect in the Enterprise Architecture Group, developing IT strategies for modernization. Prior to Costco, Tom worked as a Senior Consultant at Microsoft Corporation, addressing complex challenges in Directory and Messaging Infrastructures, and as a Senior Systems Consultant at Cap Gemini, focusing on Microsoft development technologies. Tom began the consulting practice at Polaris Group as a Senior System Engineer, specializing in Microsoft infrastructure technologies. Tom holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Washington.
