Najwa Alshihabi

Najwa Alshihabi is an experienced data analyst currently serving as a DM Data Analyst at VFS Global since December 2017. In this role, Najwa utilizes advanced Excel and Power BI skills to conduct data analysis, create visualizations, and develop dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), facilitating data-driven decision-making in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Previously, Najwa managed VISA application processes as an Operations Officer and supported individuals with autism as a Student Affairs Administrator at the Jeddah Autism Center. Najwa's career began at King AbdulAziz University, where a role as a Librarian involved assisting students and faculty with information retrieval.
