King Faisal University
Faisal Almathen is a seasoned researcher and academic with extensive experience in veterinary science. Since 2014, Faisal has served as the Director of the Camel Research Center and as an Assistant Professor at King Faisal University. Additionally, Faisal has led the Veterinary Public Health and Animal Husbandry Department at the College of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Resources since October 2015. Faisal's early career includes a role as a veterinarian at NADEC from 2002 to 2003. Academically, Faisal holds a PhD in Population Genetics from the University of Nottingham (2010-2014) and a Master's degree in Molecular Genetics from the University of Leicester (2005-2006).
