Antonio Novak

Antonio Novak is an experienced professional in the fields of SAP consulting and business intelligence, currently serving as the Head of SAP CX and Digital Services Department at KING ICT since December 2018. In this role, Antonio oversees Customer Experience, Analytics, RPA, and multiple SAP technologies including BW/4HANA, Analytics Cloud, and CRM. Prior positions include Project Manager and Solution Architect for projects such as Hrvatske ceste d. o, Business Analyst and Pre-Sales at Lemax, and SAP BI Senior Consultant at CubeServ AG, working with prominent clients across Europe. Antonio holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management and an MBA in Finance, Management, Marketing, and Economics from Indiana University, along with a Master of Economics in Business Informatics from the University of Zagreb.
