Maria Farooqui

Maria Farooqui has extensive experience in the fields of chemistry and technical sales. Currently, Maria works at King Industries in various roles, including Technical Sales and Marketing, Technical Service Chemist, and Senior Chemist, since July 2019. Prior to this, Maria served as an Associate Scientist at Henkel for a brief period in 2019 and worked as a Research Assistant at the Polymer Program, Institute of Materials Science at the University of Connecticut in 2018. Maria's earlier experience includes positions as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy and Walgreens, where customer care and medication dispensing were key responsibilities. Additionally, Maria was a Student Instructional Assistant at the University of Connecticut and a Financial Aid Assistant at Gateway Community College. Currently pursuing a PhD in Polymer Chemistry at the University of Connecticut, Maria also holds a Bachelor's of Science in Chemistry from the same institution.
