Evan Boardman is the Director of e3planning and is a Strategic, Economic & Environmental Planning Consultant, providing Development and Environmental Management expertise to the mining and development industry and has been environmental consultant to King Island Scheelite for over 10 years. He has a qualifications in Environmental Management, Economics and Urban and Regional Planning. His experience and background over 20 years brings with it an extremely well-developed network of contacts within the development industry, local, state and federal government agencies.
He has written Environmental Effects Reports Public Land Use Management Plans, Environmental Protection Policies, Planning Scheme Amendments, Community Development Schemes, Planning Scheme Provisions and commercial, residential, open space and tourism Precinct Plans.
He is past acting president of The Planning Institute of Australia (TAS), past president of Sustainable Living Tasmania Inc, a member of the Executive Council of the Property Council of Australia, was a Board Member of the Environmental Institute of Australia and New Zealand (Tas) and a member of the Policy Committee of the Housing Industry Association.
