Jacob Aguiar

Jacob Aguiar currently serves as the Information Technology Manager at Lead Surge LLC since September 2024. In addition, Jacob maintains a role as Battery Percussion Instructor/Arranger at King Philip Regional High School since June 2018. Previously, Jacob held various positions at the University of Rhode Island, including Senior Information Technologist and Information Technologist from April 2020 to September 2024. Additional experience includes serving as Master Control Operator at WSBE Rhode Island PBS and as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Connecticut. Jacob's early contributions to music education include roles as Music Arranger and Instructor at Bishop Hendriken HS Winter Percussion from December 2014 to March 2019. Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Education and Classical Percussion Performance from the University of Rhode Island and is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration at the same institution, anticipated to be completed in June 2026.
