Marc C. Lee

Marc C. Lee has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marc C. is currently working at King Schools as a Course Producer/Director, where they create and produces aviation courses. Prior to this, they founded and served as the Chief Pilot at OC Sling Aviation, providing flight training services. Marc has also worked as a freelance writer since 1987, contributing to various publications globally. Marc C. has expertise in graphics design and website development, having worked as a Graphics Artist and Website Imagineer. Marc has also worked as a King air pilot for West Coast Charters and as an Adjunct Professor of Aviation at Orange Coast College, where they taught various aviation courses. Marc C. has served as a Contributing Editor and Pilot for Plane & Pilot Magazine, writing articles and creating content in the aviation field. Marc also had a long tenure at TD Service Company as the Vice President of IT, where they held various roles including Information Security Officer and Development Manager. Additionally, they founded and served as the President of Classicjet.com, an online retailer specializing in vintage aviation gear. Marc C. also pursued a career in music, being a songwriter, singer, and performer signed to Mountain Records.

Marc C. Lee attended Cypress College from 1981 to 1983, where they studied Aviation. During the same period, they also attended Cal State Fullerton, focusing on Computer and Information Sciences, General. In terms of certifications, Marc obtained a Private Pilot Certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in May 1981. Subsequently, they acquired various additional certifications, including Instrument Rating in February 2013, Commercial Pilot in May 2014, Seaplane Pilot in April 2009, Advanced Ground Instructor in May 2015, and Certificated Flight Instructor and Certificated Flight Instructor (CFI) in July 2015. It is unclear when they obtained the Instrument Ground Instructor certification, Multi-engine Rating, and the Tailwheel, High Performance, and Complex aircraft endorsements.
