Director of Customer Care at King Solutions

Anna Bowers has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Anna started their career at Walser Automotive Group in 2013 as an Experiential Marketing Intern. In 2014, they worked as an Administrative Assistant in the areas of Risk, Compliance, Safety, and Parts. During this time, they also served as a Business Risk Analyst, working closely with the CFO to assess company costs and mitigate risk across 20 locations.

In 2015, Anna joined King Solutions as a Customer Care Specialist and later took on the role of Customer Care Team Lead. Their responsibilities included supporting over 300 customers and overseeing daily supply chain needs. Anna also played a key role in establishing mutually beneficial relationships with internal departments and customers, as well as developing statement of work agreements and pricing programs.

In 2019, Anna was promoted to Manager of Logistics Pricing at King Solutions. In this role, they were responsible for all pricing and procurement aspects, including bid processes, rate negotiations, contract management, and maintaining vendor relations. Anna also ensured the accuracy of rates in the transportation management system (TMS).

Most recently, Anna became the Director of Customer Care at King Solutions in March 2022. Their focus remains on supporting customers and their supply chain needs while developing partnerships with internal departments and customers.

Anna Bowers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Communications and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. The start and end years of their education are not provided.
