Caroline Abney has over two decades of experience in human resources and diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the Director of Lawyer Talent Development at King & Spalding since December 2002. Prior roles at King & Spalding include Director of Human Resources & Diversity, Associate Director of Human Resources & Diversity, and Human Resources/Diversity Manager. Prior to this, Caroline Abney worked at Neiman Marcus from 1992 to 2002. Caroline Abney holds a Bachelor's degree from The University of Georgia, earned from 1987 to 1991.
