Carolyn Alford leads the Financial Services Industry and the Leveraged Finance and Restructuring team. Her practice is focused on leveraged finance, representing financial institutions, funds, sponsors and issuers. Her experience spans syndicated acquisition financings, asset-based lending, private placements and mezzanine/second lien structures. Carolyn has served on managing Policy Committee.
