Jonathan Weinberg

Jonathan Weinberg is a Partner at King & Spalding since July 2019, specializing in patent litigation and appellate practices, where Jonathan briefs and argues appeals and dispositive motions in federal courts. Previously, Jonathan served as a Senior Associate at Mayer Brown focusing on various areas of law including patent and copyright appeals. Jonathan also gained experience as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and as an Associate at Quinn Emanuel handling patent litigation. Jonathan’s earlier roles include patent agent and law clerk positions, alongside significant technical experience in high-performance computing. Jonathan holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and advanced degrees in Computer Science from UC San Diego, as well as a BA in Computer Science from Colby College.
