Lauren Gould

Lauren Gould is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in talent management and recruitment within the legal sector. Currently serving as the Director of Trial & Global Disputes Partner Recruiting & Integration at King & Spalding since March 2022, Lauren previously held the position of Manager of Legal Talent at Thompson Hine LLP from October 2020 to March 2022. Prior to that, Lauren was with bliss lawyers, where roles included Director of Talent and Associate Director of Talent from January 2018 to February 2020. Lauren's experience also encompasses a Director position at Momentum Search Group, LLC, from December 2014 to January 2018, and an Associate role at Bingham McCutchen from September 2000 to April 2008. Lauren holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, completed between 1997 and 2000.
