Scott Greer

Scott Greer serves as a Partner at King and Spalding, where responsibilities include acting as Global Head of the Construction Transactional Practice and Global Head of the Energy and Project Finance Practice, as well as serving on the Partner's Committee and Practice Management for the Global Transactional Practice. Prior to this role, Scott was an Associate at Smith & Fleming from May 1995 to December 1998 and worked as a Structural Engineer at Cagley & Associates from May 1989 to August 1992. Educational qualifications include a JD in Law from Emory University School of Law, an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a B.S. in Architectural Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
