Paul Brennan

Paul Brennan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Partner and Managing Director at King Street Capital Management since September 2015, Paul also co-heads the Real Estate division. Prior to this role, Paul was an Investment Director at Pfeffer Capital from October 2012 to September 2015 and worked as an Analyst at The Blackstone Group from August 2010 to July 2012. Paul began the career at Thayer Lodging Group as an Acquisitions & Development Analyst and also held an internship at CIBC World Markets in equity research. Paul Brennan holds a BSc (Hons) in Financial Mathematics & Economics from the University of Galway, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
