Zach Samuels

Zach Samuels is a seasoned real estate investor currently working at King Street Capital Management since July 2024, where responsibilities include making equity and credit investments across various property types in the US. Prior to this role, Zach served as Principal & Co-Portfolio Manager of US Value-Add Funds at BGO from July 2019 to July 2024 and held the position of Vice President during the same timeframe. Earlier experience includes an Associate position at GreenOak Real Estate from September 2015 to June 2019, as well as serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at Raymond James Financial, Inc. from July 2012 to July 2015, specifically in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group. Zach began the career as an Investment Banking Intern at Raymond James Financial, Inc. in the summer of 2011. Zach holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Emory University and graduated from Savannah Country Day School.
