Mike Rands

Mike Rands has over 30 years of work experience in various technology and management roles. From 1990 to 2000, they worked at Ontrack, starting as a Senior Engineer and eventually becoming the Manager of Data Recovery Engineering. In 2000, they joined KLDiscovery, where they held multiple positions, including Director of Legal Technologies Operations and Vice President of Finance. Mike managed teams, worked on data analysis and integration projects, and handled financial and sales analysis. In 2019, they joined King Technology, Inc. as the Director of IT and Project Management.

Mike Rands obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Programming from the National Education Center Brown Institute, where they studied from 1988 to 1989. In addition, they have obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in April 2019.
