Colin Cashin

Colin Cashin is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering, infrastructure, and cloud solutions within the gaming industry. Currently serving as the VP and Head of Engineering at King since July 2022, Colin leads the Shared Tech group, enabling developers to efficiently create and operate live games. Prior to this role, Colin held various senior positions at Blizzard Entertainment from January 2019 to August 2022, including Vice President of Global Production Services and Senior Director of Cloud Engineering. Colin's career also includes leadership roles at Demonware, Smart & Co, Curam Software, Amazon.com, ESB International, and Formus Broadband, demonstrating a strong background in networking and infrastructure management. Colin holds a BA in Theoretical Physics from Trinity College Dublin and an MSc in Internet Systems from Dublin City University.
