Ioannis Mesionis

Ioannis Mesionis is a Senior AI/ML Engineer at King, responsible for leading the development of recommender systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams on Multi-Armed Bandits models. Additionally, Ioannis serves as a Data Science & AI Instructor at BrainStation, teaching courses in Data Science and AI, including Large Language Models and Prompt Engineering. Previously, Ioannis held various roles at easyJet, culminating in a position as Lead Data Scientist, where responsibilities included managing the Data Science Project Lifecycle and mentoring team members. Prior experience also includes a Data Scientist Consultant role at The AKKAdemy and a Research Analyst position at the University of Essex. Ioannis holds an MSc in Data Science from the University of Essex and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Ioannina.
