Karl Terävä

Karl Terävä is a seasoned Principal Site Reliability Engineer at King, where employment began in October 2013. Notable contributions include leading the development of an advanced observability platform using the Grafana stack and overseeing a team focused on production infrastructure, along with line management duties. During a secondment as Director of Engineering, Karl successfully managed multiple teams and spearheaded initiatives to improve on-call staff conditions. Prior to King, Karl served as Lead System Administrator at Webhallen Sverige AB, playing a key role in the company's expansion and managing infrastructure for its e-commerce platform. Initial experience includes providing technical support at Availo. Karl holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Tyresö Gymnasium.
