Marta Oller

Marta Oller is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in leading recruitment efforts across various sectors. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Business Unit Lead for Shared Tech at King, Marta has previously held significant roles including Talent Acquisition Lead for Europe, Commercial and R&D at PepsiCo, and Talent Acquisition Partner at Sanofi in both the Global Innovation Center and Europe. Additionally, Marta has worked as a Principal Resource Specialist at Alexander Mann Solutions and served as a Senior Recruiter and Talent Sourcer for Novartis. Marta holds a Magister (Mgr) degree in Psychology from the University of Gdansk and has training in Solution Focused (Brief) Therapy.
