Martin Helin is an experienced technology executive with a background in data and machine learning. Currently serving as VP of Data/ML at King since June 2022, Martin previously held the position of CTO at PELTARION from August 2021 to October 2022. As the Founder and CEO of Stellar from September 2018 to March 2021, Martin showcased entrepreneurial leadership. Martin's extensive career also includes roles as CTO and Vice President of Strategy and Product Portfolio at Net Insight from June 2010 to August 2018, Principal Engineer at Oracle from June 2009 to May 2010, and Processor Architect at Sun Microsystems from November 2005 to June 2009. Martin holds an Advanced Management Program certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management (2017) and both an MS and PhD in Computer Science from Uppsala University (1996-2005). Additional educational experiences include studying at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (2000) and the University of Arizona (1998-1999).
