Stella Katsarou

Stella Katsarou is a Senior AI/ML Research Engineer at King, with experience spanning from October 2022 to present. Previously, Stella held positions at PELTARION, serving as an AI Research Scientist from September 2020 to October 2022, focusing on cross-lingual transferability of low resource languages and biases in large language models. Earlier in 2020, Stella was a Master Thesis Intern at the Royal Institute of Technology, where research centered on machine learning, and also served as a Student Ambassador in March 2020. Prior academic experience includes a role as a Teaching Assistant at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens from September 2010 to April 2016. Stella holds a Master's degree in Machine Learning from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
