Will Rattigan is an experienced professional in Learning and Development with current responsibilities as Associate Director of Learning & Development at King since April 2022, where a comprehensive Learning, Development & Performance Strategy was developed to align with business objectives. Previously, as Global Learning and Development Manager at Babylon, significant contributions included establishing a robust L&D infrastructure and implementing a Learning Management System, alongside initiatives for performance management and diversity. Will's earlier roles involved enhancing training delivery at HCA Healthcare UK and Bupa UK, as well as strategic training management within the British Transport Police. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from Bayes Business School and a Bachelor's degree in European Law from Coventry University.
