Ahmed Baabbad

Ahmed Baabbad is an experienced professional in contracts and supply chain management, currently serving as the Senior Contracts and Procurements Manager at the Ministry of Finance, Saudi Arabia, since November 2023. Prior roles include Senior Supply Chain Manager and other managerial positions at RUA Al Madinah Holding, where responsibilities encompassed procurement and project contracts. Ahmed's extensive experience also includes serving as Contracts Lead at SAMREF Saudi Aramco Mobil Refinery Company Ltd., where critical contract administration policies were interpreted and executed, as well as roles in strategic buying at Petro Rabigh and operational auditing at the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs.
