Eyas Abuabat

Eyas Abuabat serves as the CCO and holds certifications as a GRCP and PMP. Currently, as the Regulatory Compliance Manager at the Ministry of Finance in Saudi Arabia since June 2016, Eyas is responsible for managing the development of the Financial Control Law and ensuring compliance across government entities. Prior roles include Financial Controller, where Eyas established the Evaluation and Regulatory Compliance Department and oversaw the enhancement of internal control measures, and Associate Financial Controller, focused on analyzing financial violations and promoting technological transformation within the ministry. Eyas also gained experience as a COOP Trainee at the SFDA in 2016. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Control from the Institute of Public Administration, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and a Diploma in Computer Applications from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University. Eyas is currently furthering education through an Executive Education program at Columbia Business School.
