Mesfer Aldawsari

Mesfer Aldawsari currently serves as the Director of the International Organizations Contributions Department at the Ministry of Finance in Saudi Arabia, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Mesfer was the Area Manager for Financial Institutions in the Middle East and Africa at Bank Albilad from April 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading a team to achieve strategic goals and evaluating business opportunities. Prior experience includes roles at Al Rajhi Bank from October 2015 to April 2021, serving as Relationship Manager for Europe and America and Senior Relationship Officer for Asia in the Financial Institutions department. Mesfer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio, earned between 2012 and 2015.
