Mohammad Abdullah Alessa

Mohammad Abdullah Alessa is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as a Training and Development Specialist at the Ministry of Finance in Saudi Arabia since December 2023. Prior to this role, Mohammad worked at Saudi Cement Company from December 2020 to December 2023, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, manpower planning, and training and development initiatives. Mohammad also gained valuable experience as a Co-op Student at Saudi Aramco Energy Ventures in 2019, contributing to data analysis within the Human Resources Development Division. Mohammad holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Human Resources Management from King Faisal University, completed in 2020.
