Steven Bush

Steven Bush, MBA, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Steven is currently the Founder & Chief Vision Officer at Kingdom One, where they are responsible for setting the long-term vision and mission for the organization. Prior to that, they served as the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Kingdom One.

Before their role at Kingdom One, Steven worked as the Business Administrator at High Desert Church, where they managed the finance and HR functions of a multi-site church. Steven also worked at Activision as a Human Resources Manager, supporting the global HR and Legal functions.

In addition, Steven has had experience at The MENTOR Network as a Human Resources Business Partner and Manager, and at Target as an Executive Team Leader in Logistics and Human Resources. Steven also served as a Campus Recruiting Liaison/Executive Intern at Target.

Overall, Steven has a strong background in leadership, HR management, and strategic visioning.

Steven Bush holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Human Resources Management, which they obtained from the University of La Verne between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from California State University-San Bernardino from 2005 to 2007. Steven also has an Associate of Arts (AA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Victor Valley College, earned from 2002 to 2005. In addition, Steven Bush has obtained certifications as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in September 2017 and as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the California Department of Real Estate in October 2019.
