Arlene Caine

Arlene Caine has a strong background in accounting, finance, budgeting, and cost management. Arlene worked as a Lead Financial Analyst at Kingfisher Systems from 2013 onwards, where they gained extensive experience in Department of Defense (DoD) budgeting, finance, and acquisition principles. Arlene also has expertise in the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process and Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE). In this role, Arlene prepared budget briefs, obligation phasing plans, budget exhibits, and program/project schedules.

Prior to their role at Kingfisher Systems, Arlene worked as a Program Financial Manager at Qinetiq-NA from 2008 to 2013. Arlene also held the position of Financial Analyst at BAE Systems from 2005 to 2008.

Arlene Caine attended Elon University from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
