Paul Schellhammer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Paul began their career as a First Lieutenant on the USS ARLEIGH BURKE, serving as an ASW Officer from 1989 to 1992. Paul then joined the US Navy as a 1st LT and ASW Officer from 1989 to 1993. Paul worked at Techmatics as a System Analyst in 1994, providing operational expertise to the U.S. Navy shipbuilding program office. From 1994 to 1996, they worked at TMG, Inc as a Senior System Analyst, providing technical support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center. In 1996, they joined Gray Hawk Systems as a Deputy Division Manager, where they led a team of 85 people and played a key role in business development, proposal writing, and engineering support for NSWCDD and PEO Ships. Paul continued in this role until 2005 when Gray Hawk Systems was bought out by ManTech, where they served as Deputy Division Manager until 2006. In 2006, they became the VP of Spice Rack Chocolates until 2013. Paul then joined DELTA Resources Inc. as a Senior Engineer in 2012, followed by a role as a Consultant at Kingfisher Systems in 2012. Paul currently serves as a Senior Analyst at Kingfisher Systems, a role they have held since 2012. Throughout their career, Schellhammer has demonstrated expertise in technical analysis, strategic planning, team leadership, and business development.

Paul Schellhammer attended the University of Virginia from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Science.
