Anna Burrell is an experienced leader in product design and user experience, currently serving as the Group Head of Product Design, Research & Service Design at Kingfisher plc since May 2021, where Anna developed a team from 7 to 30 professionals and established a new Service Design team. Previously, Anna was the Head of UX Research at Landsec, leading a comprehensive research project to enhance safe trading in shopping centers. Anna's career includes significant roles at John Lewis, where a multi-skilled design team was built and expanded, Marks and Spencer with a focus on user-centric design principles, and Tesco.com and Sainsbury's Online, managing web production and development projects. Anna's educational background includes a BA in European Studies from Southbank University.
